yesterday, i went badminton outing with afew farrago peeps and aloys after school... ellie played super better than me lols... of course she's a pro lah hahahah.... i feel that my skills are alr lost cos i havent played for ages till yesterday hahas... naYr joined us for dinner afterwards... my whole body alr ached now lols... never exercise for so long leh... yesterday was quite okay... feeling quite upset... maybe cos someone was not here?? or cos of stress over alot of sch work?? i felt better after sharing everything with my farrago peeps...NEVER GIVE UP AND BE OPTIMISTIC ALWAYS,ISAAC...
